Section 1. What information is collected and why?
When you purchase something from my store, as part of the buying and selling process, I collect personal information you give me such as your name, address, email and phone number only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service and facilitate communication regarding shipping details/ issues or return questions. Please provide your correct phone number. This number will be used for order confirmations only and will not be used for telemarketing nor will it ever be shared with other organizations.
Newsletter Email sign-up: With your permission, upon sign up, I may send you emails about new work, occasional blog post links and other updates (currently via MailChimp)
Non-personal identification information
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information. This Data may include the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this generic information to improve site performance.

How do I/we get your consent?
When you provide both myself and Squarespace with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

Section 4. My website host, Squarespace
My store is hosted on Squarespace, providing the online website and e-commerce platform that allows me to sell my work to you. The payment gateway for processing transactions is via Stripe.
All of Squarespace's built-in Commerce tools are compliant with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards)
Sensitive card data is never handled by Squarespace. It goes directly to the payment processor’s servers; Squarespace doesn’t have access to this information. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
(All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers).
Section 5. Third-Party Services
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
Section 6. Cookies
